Access was more of a chore, relying on a Bluetooth lock system through an app that often failed to cooperate, requiring multiple attempts just to get back inside. This modern approach added unnecessary complexity to the experience, especially for those without reliable Wi-Fi or battery life while wandering around the city.

The exceptional decor and spacious layout made our stay unforgettable! The location was ideal, just steps from famous sights, and the cleaning service was flawless!

One tiny drawback, accessing the apartment took a bit longer than expected, which could be a hassle.

The room is cozy, packed with high-tech features. I loved the auto-controlled air conditioning. Nicolo made everything smoother by helping with the water taxi and communicating with the driver when we had train delays. He has excellent English and is quite logical. The location is fantastic, right in the center, just a short walk to cafes, bars, and shops. A grocery store is conveniently within five minutes. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found dirt and crumbs on the carpet and even discovered chewing gum stuck to the floor later. The electronic smart lock was more of a hassle than a convenience, taking time and patience to open properly. Overall, it had great potential but fell short on important details.

Y’all, this place is a gem! We snagged a three-bedroom apartment with a balcony, right over the canal. I could sit there all day watchin' the boats passin' by. Our family of five fit just fine, and the staff were sweeter than homemade lemonade. Just wish they’d use regular keys instead of that app nonsense!

The apartment was a stylish retreat with breathtaking views over the canal. it was simply perfect for enjoying both morning coffee and evening sunsets.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating as the app system for access was unreliable, and the staff did not provide adequate support when I lost connection to the Wi-Fi.

What an experience! The receptionist was absolutely unhelpful, only brushing me off with a 1000-page book. I also faced mobility issues with those sneaky steps to the bathrooms. Honestly, for such a lavish hotel, I expected a complimentary room upgrade, or at least some basic kindness. I just couldn’t give a higher rating.

The apartment's spaciousness and luxurious decor truly impressed us, complemented by the charming canal views. Its prime location made it easy to explore Venice, with delightful eateries just around the corner. However, the sofa bed fell short on comfort, detracting from our overall experience.
